The State FCRA Law Guide is a subscription to an interactive site that lists FCRA Laws by state. Along with access to the site, you will also get e-mail notification as state laws change. The site will allow you to pull up multiple states at once to see their laws or even give you lists of states that have restrictions such as the use of credit reports or use of criminal record only after an interview.
